One person, not an agency

I was walking around my neighbourhood and kept passing businesses I knew were good. Loyal customers, real work, been there for years. Then I would look them up and find nothing. No site, or a Facebook page with one post from 2019 and a phone number that might not work anymore.

Meanwhile the newer place down the road with worse food had a website, so that is where people went. They could find it.

I had always been drawn to design, so I started building. I learned what makes a small business look legitimate online, and it turned out to be much less than the agencies charge for. Most of these businesses did not need anything complicated. They needed something clean and fast that told people what they do and how to reach them.

That is the whole business.

I build the site, or I film and make the content, or both, and I charge what a college student charges rather than what an agency charges.

Where I am starting from

I am a college student. I have two client sites live and one social media client. That is not a lot, and you should factor it in.

What you get in exchange is someone who answers his own phone, builds your site from scratch instead of dropping your logo into a template, and shows you the finished thing before asking for a dollar. If that trade is worth it to you, get in touch. If you want an agency with twelve years of case studies, I am not it.
