Who this is

Higgins Graphix is operated by Bishop Higgins, an individual doing business in Cleveland, Tennessee. In this policy “I” and “me” mean Higgins Graphix. Questions about anything here go to HigginsGraphix@gmail.com.

What I collect

What you send me

When you fill out the quote form I receive what you typed: your name, your email address, your phone number if you gave one, your business name, the type of business, what you need, a budget range if you chose one, and your message. If you email me instead, I receive your email address and whatever you wrote.

What clients give me

If you hire me, you will send me the material the work needs: photos, video clips, logos, wording and details about your business.

What the host records on its own

This site is hosted by Netlify. Like every web host, Netlify automatically keeps technical logs, such as the IP address a request came from, the type of browser and device, the page requested and the time. I do not use these logs to work out who you are.

What I do not collect

• No cookies.
• No analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels.
• Nothing on these pages is loaded from another company's servers.
• No accounts and no passwords.
• No card numbers. Payments go through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Stripe, and I never see your card details.

How I use it

I use what you send me to reply to you, to prepare a quote or a free website demo, to do the work you hire me for, to send invoices, and to keep the business records the law expects me to keep.

I do not sell, rent or trade your information. I do not add you to a mailing list. I only contact you about your request or your project.

Who else handles it

A few companies handle your information on my behalf because of how the site and my business run:

• Netlify hosts the site, receives and stores quote form submissions, and runs them through spam filtering.
• Google provides the Gmail inbox where form notifications and your emails arrive.
• Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Stripe process payments if you pay me through them.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. Beyond them, I only share information when the law requires it, such as in response to a court order.

How long I keep it

I keep quote requests for as long as I need them to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records. I keep client project material while you are a client and for a reasonable time afterwards, so I can make changes you ask for later.

Your choices

Email me and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. I will answer within 30 days. The one exception is anything I am required to keep for tax or legal reasons, such as invoices.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this site does no tracking at all, it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends one. No other company collects information about what you do on this site over time.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.

Security

Every page is served over an encrypted connection, the site runs under a strict security policy, and there is no database of customer accounts here to break into. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so I cannot promise absolute security. If I learn of a breach involving your information, I will tell you as Tennessee law requires.

I do not sell or share personal information. This page is the notice California law asks websites to give about what they collect and who receives it.

Links to other sites

This site links to my clients' websites and to Google for reviews. Those sites have their own privacy policies and I am not responsible for them.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy I will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
