Websites Retainer Pricing Work About Contact Free Quote

Every price, in one place

Nothing here is “call for a quote.” These are the numbers. If your job does not fit one of them, I will give you a fixed price before I start.

Websites

One time. You see a free demo first.

Starter Site, up to 5 pages$500
Standard Site, up to 8 pages$1,200
Monthly Care, optional$75 / mo

Both are fixed prices. You pay when the site is live, not before.

What is in each

The Retainer

Monthly. No long-term contract, cancel whenever.

The Edit: you film, I edit$300 / mo
The Shoot: I come out and film$650 / mo
The Works: everything, handled$1,200 / mo

Every plan includes captions, a posting calendar and your approval. You post it yourself, so I never need access to your accounts. Filming visits are within a two hour drive of Cleveland, Tennessee.

What is in each

One-off projects

For when you need one thing done properly and not a monthly plan.

Promo video$400

I come out and film once, and you get one finished video up to 60 seconds plus a vertical cut for your page.

Brochure or one-page handout$180

Laid out, written if you need it, and sent as a print-ready file and a PDF you can email.

Menu or price sheet$120

Designed to be read at arm's length, and easy for me to update when your prices change.

Business cards$90

Front and back, ready to send to any printer.

Flyer or poster$60

One event, sale or announcement, sized for print and for posting online.

These prices are for the design work. Printing is billed at whatever the printer charges, with nothing added on top. I film within a two hour drive of Cleveland, Tennessee, and anywhere more than an hour away adds a $50 travel fee per visit.

How paying works

Websites

You pay when the site is live, not before. For builds over $1,000 I will usually ask for half once you have approved the demo.

Retainers

Billed once a month. Tell me before the 1st and that month does not happen. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. A month that has started is not refunded.

Ways to pay

Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or a card through Stripe.

Not sure which fits?

Tell me what your business does and what you are trying to fix. I will tell you which of these you need, and which you do not.
