Websites Retainer Pricing Work About Contact Free Quote

Video, posts and print, every month

A retainer is a set amount of work from me each month for one fixed price. You tell me what you want to say, I make it, and you post it. The invoice says the same number in month six as it did in month one.

Three plans

The difference is who holds the camera and how much gets made. I film in and around Cleveland, Tennessee. All three are month to month. No long-term contract, no setup fee, cancel whenever you want.

The Edit

You film, I edit

$300 a month

You send photos and clips from your phone. I turn them into a month of content.

  • 1 edited short video
  • 4 feed posts
  • 4 stories
  • Captions for every post
  • Sent to you ready to post

Good for: a business that already takes photos and needs someone to do something with them

The Works

Everything, handled

$1,200 a month

Two visits a month and enough content that there is something new from you every week.

  • 2 filming visits a month
  • 5 edited short videos
  • 8 feed posts and 8 stories
  • 2 printed pieces or documents
  • Captions and a posting calendar, sent ready to post
  • Website care included
  • First in line when something is urgent

Good for: a business with something happening every week

In every plan

You give me the goal and the facts, and I make it. Everything comes to you sized for Instagram and Facebook, with captions and a calendar that says what to post on which day. You approve it, then you post it, so I never need access to your accounts. I do the filming and editing myself, so I only take a few retainer clients at a time.

What I make

Video

Where most of the work goes

Short videos for your page, usually 15 to 60 seconds, cut, captioned and set to audio. Video is the only part of this that regularly gets shown to people who do not already follow you, so it gets the most time.

Posts and stories

What keeps the page alive

Photos of your work, cleaned up and cropped properly, or a simple graphic when you need to announce something. Stories show that you are working this week. They do not need to be polished.

Print and documents

The pieces you hand to people

Menus, price sheets, flyers, posters, business cards, brochures. Designed to match everything else and sent to you ready to print or post. Printing itself is billed at whatever the printer charges.

How a month runs

  1. We plan it

A short call or a few texts at the start of the month. You tell me what is coming up, what you want people to know and the direction you want to take. That is the brief I work from.

  2. I film and build

I come out and film, or you send me what you have. Then I edit, write the captions from what you told me, and lay the whole month out on a calendar so you can see it in one place.

  3. You approve it

You read through and tell me what to change. Nothing is final until you have signed off on it. Changes are included, within reason.

  4. You post it

I send you every file with its caption and the day it is meant for. You post it, or schedule the whole month in one sitting. Next month we look at what did well and do more of it.

Add-ons

Some months you have more going on. Add pieces on top of your plan at these rates and I will bill it with that month.

Extra filming visit$200
Extra short video$110
Extra printed piece or document$60
Extra feed post$40
Extra story$15
Versions for a third platform$50 / mo
Travel, over an hour away$50 / visit

Bought one at a time, The Edit would come to $330. As a plan it is $300.

What this is not

I would rather you know this now than be annoyed about it in month two.

  • I do not guess at your trade. You know your business and I do not. You give me the topics, the offers and the facts, and I turn them into something people want to watch. On video I bring the creative ideas once I know the goal and the direction you want.
  • I do not post for you. You get everything ready to post and you put it up yourself. I never ask for your password or access to your page.
  • This is not paid ads. Everything here is organic posting. If you want to put money behind it, that is a separate conversation and a separate budget.
  • I cannot invent photos of your work. On The Edit, if you send me nothing, there is nothing to make. The whole plan depends on you sending material.
  • I do not buy followers. The number goes up slowly or it does not go up. Anyone promising otherwise is selling you bots.

Before you ask

Do you need my password or access to my page?

No, and you should not give your password to anybody. I send you everything ready to post and you put it up yourself, so your accounts stay entirely in your hands.

Who decides what the posts and videos say?

You do. I am not in your trade, so I will not write about things I do not know. You tell me the topics, the offers and the facts, and I make them look and sound good. For video, once I know the goal and the direction you want, the creative side is mine to bring.

What if I do not have good photos or video?

Phone photos are fine. Most of what works on social media was shot on a phone. What I need is raw material: the job you finished, the truck, the storefront, the thing you made.

If you have nothing at all, The Shoot is the plan for you. I come out and film it myself.

Which platforms do you cover?

Everything is sized and captioned for Instagram and Facebook, because that is where most local customers are. Versions for TikTok or anywhere else can be added for $50 a month, or swapped in for one of the two if that is where your people are.

How far will you come to film?

I am based in Cleveland, Tennessee, in Bradley County, and I film anywhere within a two hour drive. Inside an hour, travel is included. Past an hour, there is a $50 travel fee for each visit.

If you are further out than that, The Edit still works: you send me the clips and I do the rest.

Can I cancel?

Yes, month to month. Tell me before the 1st and that month does not happen. There is no long-term contract to get out of and no cancellation fee. A month that has already started is not refunded, and everything made for it is still yours.

How long before this does anything?

A few months. The first month makes your page look active instead of abandoned, which matters the moment someone checks you out before calling. Reach and follower growth take longer than that, and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing.

Do you reply to comments and messages?

No. Replies come from you, because you know your customers and your pricing and I do not.

Can I get a website and a retainer together?

Yes. The site is a one time build starting at $500, and a retainer starts at $300 a month on top of that. The Works includes website care. Ask me when you get in touch and I will price the pair together.

What if I only need one video or one flyer?

Then you do not need a retainer. One-off projects have their own prices on the pricing page.

Let's run your first month

Tell me what your business does and what you have to work with. I will tell you which plan fits, or whether you need one at all.
